Credit card transactions are placed through Art-Broker, LLC.  Items are charged when the artist has prepared the artwork for shipping, this includes shipping it to the framer.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION:

All shipping charges include packaging, handling and insurance fees.

Fine art products will be shipped via carrier service and insured for its purchase value.  Classified items will be insured for the purchase price.

All gift shop items include priority mail shipping within the USA. 
Price discounts may be given on multiple orders if shipping costs are reduced.

Unframed artwork takes 1-4 weeks for delivery. 
Framed artwork takes 4 - 8 weeks.

Classified Items ship when payment is received
and Art-Broker authorizes seller to ship.

Art-Broker, LLC will provide an approximate delivery date after confirming the order with the framer and/or artist, and/or seller.

All deliveries must be signed for so please keep this in mind when giving a shipping address.

REFUND INFORMATION

ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL AND NO REFUND WILL BE PERMITTED, ONLY EXCHANGES OR MERCHANDISE CREDIT.  SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND ARE THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY.  MERCHANDISE CREDIT CAN NOT BE TURNED INTO CASH AND WILL EXPIRE TWO YEARS FROM DATE OF FIRST PAYMENT.

Art-Broker, LLC makes the purchase of fine art as simple as possible.

After an order and payment have been received the buyer has a legal right to cancel an order within 72 hours for a full refund of the merchandise ordered amount.  Art-Broker, LLC must be contacted immediately via phone, fax or e-mail within the 72 hour period of receipt date so they can notify the artist - this is a priority.  Thereafter, all sales are considered final and no refund will be permitted, only exchanges or merchandise credit.  Merchandise credit can not be turned into cash and will expire two years from date of payment received by Art-Broker.com.

     REFUNDS FOR CLASSIFIED ITEMS:

     Classified items are sold as is, a non-refundable transaction and the information
     below.   (The following terms do not pertain to Gallery and or Gift Shop Items sold
     through Art-Broker.com.

     Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.  The buyer will return
     merchandise to sender through the same carrier service and have the merchandise
     insured for the full retail value.

     All refunds will be made in the same fashion as received. 

     There are no refunds for items out of the gallery section or gift shop section of the
     art-broker.com website.

Damaged Packages and/or Defects:

If an item was received damaged, the buyer should immediately contact the carrier service whom delivered the package.  All fine art merchandise shipped is insured with that carrier service, and buyer must file a claim with them immediately. 

After buyer has filed a claim with the carrier service, contact Art-Broker, LLC  via phone, fax or e-mail with the claim number provided by carrier company, so a prompt replacement can be provided to buyer.  No additional fees will be charged to buyer for the replacement.

Should you desire a refund after receiving a damaged package, all packages are fully insured for the amount paid.  A claim will be filled with the carrier service for a repair and/or refund.  Refunds from carrier services could take up to 6 weeks.

Art Broker, LLC is not responsible for inaccuracies in pricing or availability. The Website is updated frequently but the volume of information makes it a difficult task. When we receive an inquiry from a customer we will contact the artist or seller and provide that customer with accurate information at that time.

LEGAL DISCLOSURE FOR CLASSIFIED ITEMS:

Art-Broker, LLC reserves the right to reject any advertisement not meeting its standard of acceptance.   Publication of an advertisement does not constitute an agreement for continued publication after the original advertisement period has expired.  Items advertised are not owned by Art-Broker, LLC.

Advertising published in the www.art-broker.com Website is accepted on the premise that the merchandise offered are accurately described and willingly sold to customers at the advertised price. Advertising that does not conform to these standards or that is deceptive or misleading is never knowingly accepted. Art-Broker, LLC is not liable for the advertisements placed or any transactions that result between the buyer and seller. If any reader encounters non-compliance with these standards, we ask that you call (808) 395-3280 or email service@art-broker.com immediately.

All advertising packages are non-refundable. Sellers may change their ad description one (1) time over the period of a standard 180 day advertisement period. A fee of $10 will be required for each additional change thereafter. Because of the work involved, we will not except replacement ads in exchange of the initial advertisements.

All photos and material submitted for a Classified ad will not be returned to the seller. It is the sellers responsibility to make necessary copies of the items for their own use.
